May 2010: Through various fundraisers and individual donations we have be able to raise over $8000 for this program. Below is the breakdown of the various events: Books 4 Hope – 300 Campaign: $2,500,Books 4 Hope – Greek Campaign: $2,500 Hunger Out 4 Hope – $1,000, Tipping Bucket online fundraiser : $1,000, Hope 4 Africa club @ ISU: $500, Selling artifacts & apparel and misc donations: $ 500 + May 2010: This summer in May, Moses with two other students from Iowa State: Kyle Upchurch and Marisa Wilson will travel to Kenya for two weeks. One of the trip’s main goals is to complete the Books 4 Hope program. We will be updating more information about the completion of the program soon. May 2011: The books are still helping out immensely at our partner schools! Fun fact: since the implementation of the program, enrollment has doubled at Boror High School!
